Kitchen Tips
  • Acne/Pimples

    Always keep your face clean & make sure to clean with light cold water when you return home. Do not eat spicy food till your acne or pimples are cured.
  • Acidity

    Take one glass of butter milk before going to bed every night. Have one glass of sugar water (add 3 table spoons of sugar to 250 ml of water) for every 6 hours.
  • Body Care

    Apply Coconut Oil to your body before going to bed. Don't take food items which are high in salt contents.
  • Hair Loss

    Apply Cocunut milk to your hair and wash after some time helps to prevent hair loss. Apply egg yolk and massage slowly to hair and wait for an hour and wash it.
  • Ears

    If you have ear infection, put 3 to 5 drops of coconut oil in your infected ear and close with cotton before going to bed. Clean your ears daily with water while taking bath, which will prevents you from ear ache & infections.
  • Eyes

    Always wash your eyes with cold water when you feel your eyes are tired. Place cucumber slices on your closed eyes for about 1 hour for eye care.
  • Cold

    - Take hot ginger tea twice a daily. Take 5 litres of water in a large bowl and add 50 grams of turmeric to it and boil it. Keep that boild water bowl on floor and sit a side and cover the blanket on you & hot water and now breathe that hot vapours for 5 mins, it will give instant relief to your nozzles & feels like free from cold. If you do twice a day will relieves you from cold.
  • fever

    Drink as much water as you can in order to replace fluid loss. It will also help to bring down body temperature. A Paste of mint leaves with peppers and ginger is also very helpful in fever.
  • Food Poisoning

    Keep the patient in bed and give nothing by mouth as long as the nausea and vomiting persist. As the vomiting subsides, give sips of some warm drink, such as tea, barley or rice water. Gentle heat may be applied to the stomach to relieve spasm or pain and also the tendency to vomit.
  • skin allergies

    Make a paste from sandalwood and limejuice, apply on the affected area it will gives relief from itching. Application of lemon juice mixed with coconut oil is also helpful
  • Tired Eyes

    Another effective method would be to dip cotton balls in tea water. Place the cotton on the eyelids and leave it there for sometime. Take a cucumber and cut it into slices. Place the sliced cucumber on your eyelids, to get relief from the puffiness.
  • Tooth Pain / Toothache

    Cut off a piece of potato and put on your sore tooth for about 15 minutes.


  1. Create a solution of one part lemon juice and one part rose water. Leave this mixture on the face for 30 minutes to help with pimples and other blemishes.
  2. The use of a teaspoon of fresh lime juice for the last rinse, while washing the hair, is another helpful remedy. This not only leaves the hair shining but also removes stickiness and prevents dandruff.
  3. Boil mustard oil in a big vessel, put neem leaves into the boiling oil and boil for ten minutes. When the oil cools down strain the leaves out of the mixture & store the oil in a bottle. Apply this oil regularly on the affected area.
