    Yoga for beginners will be simple stretches to prepare your body for the advanced postures.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    You need to bring a bottle of water a hand towel and a mat

  • Can I lose weight with Yoga?

    Yes, we can reduce weight with the help of Yoga within a short period of time

  • Can I gain weight by doing Yoga?

    Yes, Yoga helps people who are underweight to gain weight

  • Do I need to be flexible to practice Yoga?

  • Do I need to follow a specific diet to practicing Yoga?

    We recommend our students to have a healthy diet consisting of vegetables and fruits to keep themselves fit and energetic

  • How much gap should I give between my meal and my Yoga class?

    If your classes start early in the morning you can have a fruit juice or an apple or a banana(fruits rich in fiber), if the classes are in the evening you must have lunch 2-3 hours before class

  • I am a non vegetarian do I need to quit non vegetarian?

    Being vegetarian is not a must but as you do yoga you will learn self control and consumption of non veg will drastically reduce

  • I want to quit smoking and consuming alcohol can I?

    Once you start practicing yoga as I told you before you will have self control and your smoking and alcohol consumption will reduce and slowly comes to an end

  • I am diabetic will practicing yoga cure my illness?

    Yoga can help to improve body conditions of diabetics in the earlier stages.

  • I am highly stressed person and I get upset fast can Yoga help?

    Yes, Yoga can act as a very good stress buster and meditation makes your mind calm and peaceful.
